A year-round version of a delicious salad with the traditional Rusiecki Spichlerz white sausage, served with eggs and horseradish. Try this delicious variation anytime, not only at Easter.

Prepare the sauce – combine the mayonnaisewith yoghurt and horseradish and add salt andpepper for flavour.

Cut the white sausage into small pieces and mix

- 1 jar Spichlerz Rusiecki White Sausage – 280g
- 1 pack of assorted lettuces (iceberg lettuce, corn salad, arugula)
- 4 pcs Peel and slice up the hard-boiled eggs.
- 1 pcs red bell pepper
